Brooke Pugh, Director & Accredited Family Law Specialist

Brooke Pugh is a Director of Condon Charles, an Accredited Specialist in Family Law and leads the firm’s family law group.

Brooke’s reputation as one of Toowoomba’s leading family law practitioners has developed from her passion for tailoring separation solutions that are unique to each client. Brooke’s clients appreciate her dedicated and pro-active approach to managing their family law issues. She is resolute in her protection of her client’s interests and helping them move forward after what can be a very difficult life experience.

Brooke is active in the legal and wider community including as lecturer of the Family Law subject within the University of Southern Queensland’s Bachelor of Laws course. She is currently President of the Toowoomba Children’s Contact Centre. Brooke was formerly a member of the Queensland Eventing Squad and has had a long association with the equestrian community.

Brooke understands the challenges of modern family life as she and husband and fellow Condon Charles Director Chris Neville juggle the many demands of a blended family of 5 children and the associated shared parenting arrangements.

When she gained her Queensland Law Society Family Law Specialist Accreditation in 2005 Brooke was the first female lawyer in Toowoomba to do so. She remains one of only two female lawyers with this accreditation in Toowoomba. Brooke was admitted as a solicitor in 1998 and holds a Bachelor of Business (USQ) and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons – QUT).
