Alysha Jacobsen is a Senior Solicitor working in Litigation & Criminal areas with Chris Neville. Alysha has six years experience in criminal law, having appeared in Magistrate, District and Supreme Court jurisdictions. She has experience with a large array of matters from traffic matters, work licence and special hardship applications to Supreme Court bail applications.
While working in Toowomba’s DPP, Alysha worked on large complex matters including murder, serious sexual offending, large drug trafficking operations and voluminous frauds. She represented the State in Supreme Court bail applications as well as District Court sentences, hearings, applications and appeals.
Having grown up in Hervey Bay and graduating from Urangan State High School, Alysha moved to Toowoomba to form part of the very first year of law students at USQ Toowoomba in 2008. Alysha is approachable, hard working, reliable and strives to get the best outcome possible for the client. Her recreational pursuits include V8 supercars, go-karting, waterskiing and camping.
