If you’d like a history lesson on our firm, we’re happy to provide it. Otherwise, we think you’d probably prefer to know about how we operate. We provide family law, property, business, litigation and wills & estates services. The service we provide to you is based on four key principles:
- Communication
- Openness
- Availability
- Understanding
Communication
The legal issues affecting your personal and business life are often complex and frustrating. You need a lawyer that knows what they are talking about and can make themselves understood. That’s why clear communication is a foundation principle of Condon Charles.
When you ask us for advice we provide a clear and easily understood explanation of the relevant law and how it affects your unique situation. We don’t waste your time with legal jargon, archaic latin phrases or obscure case references. It’s our job to sift through that stuff and let you know what needs to be done and how to do it.
Openness
Everyone likes a little mystery – but not when it comes to their legal affairs. We are open and honest about fees, the progress of your matter and what you need to do. When you need to know about fees – we’ll tell you. When you need to do something – we’ll tell you. When we reach a milestone or hurdle on your matter – we’ll tell you.
Condon Charles’ open approach will help you sleep soundly knowing you are being kept up to date and fully informed every step of the way.
Availability
If you want to talk to us you can. We aim to be as available to you as possible. If you need to discuss a matter or just make a one-off query we’re happy to have a chat. We don’t ‘screen’ our calls. If we can take your call we will. Our availability is fundamental to what makes Condon Charles different.
When the person you want to speak to just isn’t available we have teams in each practice area that may be able to assist, we have voicemail you can leave a message on or our reception staff that can take a detailed message. And regardless of all this – the right person will call you back as soon as they can.
Understanding
We don’t mean to be nosey – but the truth is we want to know more about you. The better we understand your personal or business situation the better we are able to help solve your legal problems or provide advice that will drive the future success of your business. That’s why understanding you and your business is a key principle of how Condon Charles practises law.
Particularly for business clients, our goal is to form an ongoing relationship that will contribute to the growth and development of your business. We can’t do this by dealing with legal issues in isolation. We want to know more about what you do and how you do it. If you’re running a business – tell us about it. Better yet, invite us to come out for a visit.
