Shane Charles, Managing Partner
Shane Charles is the Managing Partner of Condon Charles and has more than 15 years experience in legal practice primarily in estate and succession planning and general commercial and business law. Shane is well known within the Toowoomba business community for his practical and outcome focused general counsel advice to business clients. He has advised many of Toowoomba’s most successful businesses on issues including entity structuring, asset protection, contracts, planning and mergers and acquisitions.

Shane has been a Toowoomba local since his days at St Mary’s College and his commitment to the community is demonstrated by his work as Chairman of the Endeavour Foundation and President of the Toowoomba Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Urban Development Institute of Australia and the Australian Institute of Management and is Honourary Solicitor for the Toowoomba Hockey Association.
